Utopia Dammit! BBS is a Citadel BBS running vDOC 1.7, a modified version of DOC (Dave's Own version of Citadel). DOC was originally developed to run ISCABBS, but a number of other BBSes have run DOC or clones such as YAWC, so you may be familiar with it.
