Evernex demonstrates ‘advanced sustainability performance’ with EcoVadis Silver Medal 2021

For the second year running, Evernex Group SAS has been awarded a silver medal in recognition of their EcoVadis sustainability rating.

The company’s overall rating is up 4% on last year, and puts them in the top 11% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the ‘repair of computers and personal and household goods’ industry.

Evernex rates in the top 7% of sector companies in terms of their commitment to environmental sustainability, and in the top 9% in terms of their work around labour and human rights – scoring 70/100 for each which equates to ‘advanced sustainability performance’ in both areas.

Quality Safety Environment & CSR Manager Elise Crunel says the tireless work being done across the business to improve sustainability practices – as well as helping customers achieve their own sustainability objectives – is a credit to individual employees and company as a whole.

“Our core focus on sustainability is about helping customers optimise the way they manage their IT infrastructure: prolonging the life cycle of equipment, reducing CapEx, OpEx and downtime, increasing productivity and minimising our collective carbon footprint.

“This EcoVadis Silver award shows that we are walking the talk internally, and although there is still work to be done, we are contributing to a circular economy and on the right path to a more sustainable future,” says Crunel.
